A popular recipe which went viral in 2017. Make this Yorkshire pudding burrito with any leftover Sunday lunch!

method

  1. Heat all the ingredients in a warm oven. 

    Lay the Yorkie flat on a piece of tinfoil and place the beef/pork and vegetables down the centre

    Roll the Yorkshire pudding around the filling and wrap tightly in the tin foil, twisting at both ends. 

    Heat the gravy in a pan and serve as a dip
