method

  1. Steam or blanch your broccoli in boiling water for 1/2 minutes until just cooked

  2. In a hot wok add a glug of oil, fry your garlic and chilli, keeping them moving all the time, then add your sesame seeds, and soy sauce and pop onto a serving plate, scatter with roughly chopped coriander
