Try this little firecracker of a sauce with our tempura vegetable recipe


  1. Pop your egg yolks, dijon and mirin into a mixing bowl and whisk until everything is incorporated, then slowly add your olive oil, while continuously whisking, don't add too fast or your mixture will split, once your olive oil has all been incorporated slowly add your sesame oil, the same way, then last job is to whip your wasabi into your mix, make sure its well mixed as you don't want a gob full of raw wasabi
