Super simple dessert that everyone will love


  1. For the Panacotta; Place gelatin into cold water until soft Split the vanilla pods and put into the cream, bring cream to the boil and add the sugar stir until, dissolved, add soft gelatin, and stir until melted then pass through a sieve, pour into your moulds and chill in the fridge

  2. For the Granola Mix all dry ingredients together then in a small saucepan heat up your honey and oil then add to your dry mixture and bake in the oven for 25 minutes until crunchy, break up and set aside.

  3. For the Rhubarb;
    Peel and chop rhubarb into 2 inch batons, Dissolve sugar in the water and bring to the boil, take off heat and pop rhubarb in the liquid and leave to cool, the residual heat will cook your rhubarb just right
