Tandoori Marinade
A super tasty marinade that can be used in any dish. It can also be used as a rub, just remove the yogurt.

- 100 Grams of Yogurt
- 1 Each of Shallots
- 3 Juice and Zest of Limes
- 3 Each of Red Chilli
- 2 tsp of Sea Salt
- 2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp of Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp of Mustard Powder
- 1 tsp grated of Ginger (Fresh)
- 2 tsp of Tumeric
- 2 tsp of Fennel Seeds
- 2 tsp of Cumin
- 2 tsp of Pakrika
Method
- Chuck yogurt, chillies and shallots into a food processor and blitz until smooth, transfer to a bowl and add all of the dry spices and mix well.
- Chuck on any meat, fish or vegetables and marinade for as long as possible before cooking
