Salted Caramel Panna Cotta

A delicious alternative to your usual Panna Cotta!


  1. Pour the cream, salted caramel milkshake and caster sugar into a pan.

  2. Bring to the boil at a medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.

  3. Remove from the heat and add the 1 1/4 teaspoon of gelatin (or alternatively 1 gelatin sheet).

  4. Once gelatin has been mixed in and dissolved, pour into a mould and allow to chill.

  5. Once set serve with some banana and a pinch of dark chocolate. Enjoy!
