Simply roasted rack of lamb, loads of salt and loads of love


  1. Roasting meat can be bit of a minefield, but if you follow these guidelines you wont go far wrong; Give your joint 'The Sizzle' a 20 minute high high heat cook at 230/240 degrees Then reduce your oven temp to 160 degrees and apply the following guide Rare - 9 Minutes per 500g Medium - 12 Minutes per 500g Well done - 18 Minutes per 500g
