A great way of using up single garlic cloves loitering around your fridge! Make loads of this and keep it in the freezer
method
So first job is to roast off that garlic to turn it super sweet, give the bulbs a bit of a whack to loosen and wrap in tin foil with a splash of olive oil and throw into an oven at 180c for 25/30 minutes until the cloves pop when squeezed and reveal that lovely soft sweet roasted garlic
Soften your butter in a bowl and add a glug of extra virgin olive oil, your chopped parsley and sea salt, then squeeze all the garlic cloves into the butter mix and give it a good old stir until everything is mixed together
Now to store this butter you could just pop it into a plastic tub and into the fridge OR lay out a length of grease proof paper, slap your garlic butter down the middle and roll it into a cylinder, doing it this way makes it much easier to cut when needed
