A bowl of delicious Roasted Cauliflower and Hummus makes for a filling lunch or dinner
method
Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 5. Drizzle the oil over the cauliflower, season and pop into the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until golden and slightly charred remove and allow to cool. Roast the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan remove and roughly chop. Pop the quinoa into the microwave
Now its just putting the dish together, and you can do this however you like, make sure you get all the ingredients involved, finish with a squeeze of lemon and a crack of black pepper
