Get this stock made and get it in the freezer, now head and find the ramen recipe

method

  1. Chuck your shallots, garlic and chilli into a hot saucepan and sweat off, add your palm sugar and fish sauce, then chuck in your soy and chicken stock and reduce by 1/3, season to taste

  2. You can freeze this and just pop it out as and when you need it
