Super tasty winter warmer, serve this with a big chunk of warm bread!


  1. Put a medium sized saucepan onto a high heat and add the oil and diced onions, cook for 3/4 minutes then add the diced new potatoes and thyme and mix well.

  2. Add the chicken stock and bring to the boil, then add the milk, sweetcorn and spring onions and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for a further 4 minutes. Serve with warm crusty bread
