Super easy homemade quiche that everyone is bound to love.

method

  1. Heat oven to 160C/fan 140C/gas 3, Heat some oil in a large frying pan, then cook the mushrooms until golden brown, add a touch more oil if needed, then add your spinach and cook until wilted down.

  2. Combine the eggs with the milk and cream in a jug and season well, then begin to build your tart, starting with a layer of cheese, then a layer of vegetables and a sprinkle of thyme and pour over your egg mixture then bake for 30-35 mins, you want the centre of the tart to be a bit wobbley , remove from the oven and allow to cool
