- 300 ml of Pineapple Juice
- 80 grams of Spinach
- 80 grams of Watercress
Method
- Simply place all ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender and blitz until velvety smooth. Enjoy chilled.
- This can be kept in the fridge for up to two days.
