James and the Giant Peach Cocktail
A refreshing peach flavoured cocktail perfect for the summer!

- 2 tsp of Peach Bubbles (Popaball)
- 1 bottle of Prosecco ((fill to glass))
- 1 shot of Amaretto
- 3 tbsp of Peach Puree
Method
- Pour the Peach Puree into the glass of your choice. For the video we made our own Peach Puree with 4 peaches, chopped, blended and then passed through a sieve to remove any large bits.
- Add 1 tbsp of the Amaretto to the Peach Puree.
- Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco.
- Add the Peach bubbles, we used Popaball Peach Bubbles.
