Raise your cheese on toast game by trying this...We're using an amazing IPA from our friends at The Ilkley Brewery in Yorkshire.....
In a small saucepan melt your butter and make a roux with the flour. Cook out for a couple of minutes, keep your mix moving to prevent your roux from burning then stir in your ilkley brewery beer bit by bit until its all fully incorporated and you're left with a thick but smooth sauce.
Then add the grated cheese and stir until melted and Mix in the mustard powder and Worcester sauce and season with black pepper.
Lightly toast your bread then pour the cheesy mixture on each slice and glaze under a hot grill for a few minutes, until browned and bubbling.
