Our absolute go to dessert, serve with vanilla ice cream....
Preheat your oven to 180C/Gas 4, Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust with sugar
Place the sugar, butter and chocolate into a heatproof bowl over a bain marie (pan of simmering water) and heat gently until butter and chocolate have melted then whisk your whole eggs and yolks in and fold in your flour
Divide the mixture into your ramekins and place in the fridge to chill for at least 20 minutes, remove from the fridge and put straight into the oven and cook for 9-11 minutes.
then turn out immediately onto individual serving plates, and serve with vanilla ice cream
