A super sweet gin cocktail, perfect for those summer afternoons.

method

  1. Muddle 8-10 large chunks of cantaloupe melon in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add enough ice cubes to half-fill the shaker and then add the Brockmans Gin, passionfruit and agave syrup and shake.

  3. Fill a glass with ice, strain the mixture into it and top with ginger ale.

  4. Add the juice and a few seeds from the passion fruit and stir.

  5. Garnish with the wedge of melon.
