Cranberry Sausage Pigs in Blankets - Not just limited to Christmas!
Mix the sausage meat, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs and the egg in a large bowl until everything is combined, separate into 8 balls and set aside.
Lay 2 slices of bacon side by side and roll around the ball of stuffing mixture, repeat until they're all done. Pop a glug of olive oil into a large frying pan and add the sausage balls, fry until golden and place into a hot oven (180C) for 20 minutes. Once cooked remove and serve hot
