A sustaining bowl of porridge: oat flakes, chia seeds, fresh berries with pumpkin seeds, goji berries and almond milk


  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, water to a small saucepan

  2. Cover and leave to soak at room temperature overnight

  3. Add the almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

  4. Gently heat, cook out on a low simmer for 5 minutes (add more water if it gets a little thick

  5. Transfer to warmed serving bowls

  6. Garnish with fresh berries

  7. Sprinkle with goji berries, pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs

  8. Drizzle with maple
