A sustaining bowl of porridge: oat flakes, chia seeds, fresh berries with pumpkin seeds, goji berries and almond milk

Add the oats, chia seeds, water to a small saucepan

Cover and leave to soak at room temperature overnight

Add the almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

Gently heat, cook out on a low simmer for 5 minutes (add more water if it gets a little thick

Transfer to warmed serving bowls

Garnish with fresh berries

Sprinkle with goji berries, pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs

Drizzle with maple
