Bio Synergy Protein Pancakes
Perfect way to start the day....Healthy protein vibes for before or after the gym...

- Into a blender chuck your banana, protein, egg white protein and almond milk and blitz until smooth then pour into a bowl and stir the oats.
- Place a frying pan onto a medium heat, drop the coconut oil in and using a ladle pour the pancake batter into the pan, cook for 30 seconds to a minute on each side, repeat until all the batter is used (this should make about 4/5 pancakes) Pile up on a plate and serve with a dollop of natural yogurt and fresh berries.
