Jamie Raftery's 'Popeye' Avocado sauce as used in our Mediterranean Flatbread! An avocado sauce with coriander, chilli, spinach and hemp.

method

  1. Zest and then juice the lemon and lime into the vitaprep / blender

  2. Half, stone and peel the avocado

  3. Add avocado, spinach, hemp, coriander, chilli, garlic, ice cubes and seasoning to the vitaprep / blender

  4. Season with salt, add coriander

  5. Check seasoning

  6. Spatula into a suitable storage container or piping bag
