Avocado ‘Popeye’ Sauce
Jamie Raftery's 'Popeye' Avocado sauce as used in our Mediterranean Flatbread! An avocado sauce with coriander, chilli, spinach and hemp.

- Zest and then juice the lemon and lime into the vitaprep / blender
- Half, stone and peel the avocado
- Add avocado, spinach, hemp, coriander, chilli, garlic, ice cubes and seasoning to the vitaprep / blender
- Season with salt, add coriander
- Check seasoning
- Spatula into a suitable storage container or piping bag
