This is amazing simply spread onto some warm sourdough, equally as good melted through some freshly cooked linguine

method

  1. Add your softened butter into a mixing bowl, chuck in your anchovies, garlic and parsley and season to taste, don't go too heavy on the salt though, pop into a small container and keep in the fridge for up to a week
