Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan, chuck in the prawns and cook over a high heat, stirring frequently, for about 3 minutes until they turn pink add your garlic and chilli and cook over a fairly gentle heat for about 30 seconds without letting the garlic brown.
Add your cherry tomatoes and cook gently for 3 minutes until they just start to soften then drain your pasta and chuck into the prawn pan. roughly chop your coriander and stir in, season with salt and pepper and a good glug of olive oil
