  1. in a frying pan put a glug of olive oil and throe in your chickpeas, allow to fry for a minute or so then add the garlic salt, paprika and chilli flakes and give the pan a good shake, throw in the sliced chillies and coriander and give the pan another toss and remove from the heat

  2. To bring this dish together grab a shallow bowl and visualise it being split into quarters, then fill the voids with all the ingredients, finish with a swaz of sriracha sauce, pumpkin and sesame seeds
