Method

  1. Pre-heat your grill to it's highest setting, and put your sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes under the grill, cook for about 10 minutes turning throughout

  2. Add your bacon and black pudding to the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes, turning once or twice, cook for longer if you like super crispy

  3. Get your beans into a saucepan and bring up to a simmer, crack your eggs into a frying pan with a glug of oil, adjust the heat and allow your eggs to fry

  4. Pop your sliced sourdough into the toaster, remove and spread with butter and a dusting of sea salt, divide between 4 plates and serve with a pot of Yorkshire tea
