Method

  1. Place the split squash onto a preheated BBQ and allow to roast, this should take around an hour,

  2. Remove the squash and scoop out the cooked flesh, place into a bowl with the quinoa and cherry tomatoes and mix well, place back into the skin, crumble the feta cheese on top and place back into the BBQ until the feta becomes golden brown, serve.
