Sprouts, Chestnuts and Parsley
Making sprouts sexy since 2017.....

- 1. Peel and remove the root from the bottom of the sprouts and using a sharp knife make an X in said root, blanch in boiling water for 6/7 minutes until just tender and shock under cold water
- 2. Pop a medium sized frying pan onto a medium/high heat and add your butter and honey, crumble in your chestnuts then add your chilled sprouts and roll around in the sauce until they become a sticky and delicious, roughly chop some parsley and sprinkle on top
