  1. Crack your eggs straight into a cold frying pan with your butter then pop your pan onto a low heat, the trick is to keep them moving all the time , you don't want them to cook to fast as they'll go rubbery, this should take about 2 minutes

  2. Toast your sour dough under the grill and slide your fluffy scrambled eggs on top....simple
