Method

  1. Get a frying pan onto a medium heat and chuck your butter in, meanwhile whisk your eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper

  2. Add your whisked eggs and move them about in the pan until they start to form, then spread your mushrooms and cheese evenly on top, allow to cook for a further minute then fold half your omelette over and serve
