Method

  1. Place your yolks, whole egg and sugar in a bowl and beat hard until thick and fluffy, for the best results use a mixer

  2. Melt your butter and chocolate together in a bowl over a pan of water, stirring until fully combined and smooth

  3. Slowly pour your chocolate mixture into your egg mixture, and pour into your tart case, bake in a preheated oven for 6-8 minutes (140 degrees) take out and set aside to cool, serve with chopped pistachios and fresh raspberries
