Simple Blue Cheese Sauce
Really simple blue cheese sauce that can be made in minutes!

15 - 20minutes
- Melt your butter in a pan over a medium heat then stir in your flour.
- Slowly add the milk, stirring all the time until the sauce is smooth and all the milk has been added
- Bring to a gentle simmer, crumble and add your Yorkshire Blue cheese and stir. Cook until melted and the sauce has thickened slightly, season to taste and serve.
