Method

  1. Melt your butter in a pan over a medium heat then stir in your flour.

  2. Slowly add the milk, stirring all the time until the sauce is smooth and all the milk has been added

  3. Bring to a gentle simmer, crumble and add your Yorkshire Blue cheese and stir. Cook until melted and the sauce has thickened slightly, season to taste and serve.
