Pre-heat your grill to the highest setting, meanwhile squeeze the sausage meat out of their skins into a bowl add a touch of salt and mix, with your hands, split your sausage mix into 8 little pattys and place onto a grill tray, drizzle with oil and pop under your hot grill for 6/8 minutes and remove

  2. 2. Put a glug of oil into a frying pan and crack in your eggs and fry to your liking and toast your muffins, spread a little butter on your muffins and place 2 pattys on each base, then add your egg, a dollop of HP sauce and top with your muffin top....
