Roasted Cauliflower and Hummus Bowl
This Vegan recipe is close to our hearts! A bowl of delicious Roasted Cauliflower and Hummus makes for a filling lunch or dinner

- Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 5. Drizzle the oil over the cauliflower, season and pop into the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until golden and slightly charred remove and allow to cool. Roast the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan remove and roughly chop. Pop the quinoa into the microwave
- Now its just putting the dish together, and you can do this however you like, make sure you get all the ingredients involved, finish with a squeeze of lemon and a crack of black pepper
