Red wine sauce
Super easy way to make a fancy sauce to show off to your mates.....
5 - 10minutes
20 - 30minutes
- 1. Sweat your mushrooms and shallots off in a saucepan until golden brown and just starting to catch, then add your red wine and reduce by half
- 2. Add your both your stocks and reduce by 2/3rds skimming any impurity's off as it reduces
- 3. Pass through a fine sieve into a clean pan and serve with your chosen dish
