- 1. In to a food processor pop your garlic, coriander, parsley, cumin, and a pinch of salt, occasionally scraping down the sides of bowl, until a smooth paste forms. With the machine running, drizzle in your oil and process until well blended. Add your vinegar and a splash of water and blend again, add your diced chilli and season with salt.
