Left over Christmas Stuffing Sausage Rolls
Don't waste any of your leftovers with this super easy boxing day banger

- 1. Dust your bench with a little flour and roll the pastry out a touch, Cut lengthways down the middle. Arrange the stuffing down the centre of each strip of pastry, brush a bit of egg wash along the side of the pastry and roll, use a fork to seal.
- 2. Pop the sausage rolls onto a baking sheet, score with a sharp knife and brush with the remaining egg wash, bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, serve with onion chutney
