Easy 'Fridge' Pasta
Bit of fresh pasta and some bits and pieces from the fridge can make a super easy dinner

- 500 grams of Cranble Pasta Dough
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 glug of Olive Oil
- 1 pinch of Sea Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp of Basil Pesto
- 40 grams of Parmesan (Finely grated)
Method
- Fill a large saucepan with water, season with salt and oil and bring to the boil, roll out the pasta dougn, through a machine if you have one, then using a knife (or the machine) cut into tagliatelle. Drop the pasta into the boiling water for 3 minutes until cooked, drain through a colander and add a splash of olive oil.
- In a separate frying pan add a glug of olive oil and the crushed garlic cloves and place onto a low-med heat to infuse the oil. Remove and discard the garlic after 4/5 minutes, add the pasta and give a quick juge, stir in the pesto and Parmesan, season and serve.
