Deep Fried Squid Rings
Everybody loves deep fried squid...Give this one a shot, it's so yummy....

- Preheat the fryer to 190C (if you don't have a fryer use a heavy bottomed pan and a thermometer) Cut your squid tubes into rings and set aside
- Put the yogurt, garlic, garlic granules and lemon juice into a bowl and mix together. In a separate bowl put mix the flour and cayenne pepper
- Pop the squid rings into your yogurt mix and mix to allow to coat, then get them into the seasoned flour and lastly drop them gently into your hot fryer, allow to cook for 3/4 minutes until the batter turns golden. Remove from the fryer and straight onto kitchen paper to soak up any excess oil.
- Serve with tartare sauce and a wedge of lime
