Baked Fig and Blue Cheese Puff Pastry Tart

Method

  1. Roll pastry into your desired shape, using a sharp knife to score a 2cm border around the pastry, taking care not to cut all the way through, fold the edges over and brush with egg yolk, place on a baking sheet

  2. Spread your onion relish over the pastry, staying within the border, then arrange your figs and crumble your blue cheese over the top, get into a hot oven (180C) and bake for 12/15 minutes

  3. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey and serve
