Baked Fig and Blue Cheese Puff Pastry Tart
Lots of different flavours and textures on this delicious little tart...
10 - 15minutes
20 - 25minutes
- Roll pastry into your desired shape, using a sharp knife to score a 2cm border around the pastry, taking care not to cut all the way through, fold the edges over and brush with egg yolk, place on a baking sheet
- Spread your onion relish over the pastry, staying within the border, then arrange your figs and crumble your blue cheese over the top, get into a hot oven (180C) and bake for 12/15 minutes
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey and serve
