Super simple healthy granola, using agave syrup instead of sugar, store in an air tight container at room temperature

Method

  1. In a saucepan put your coconut oil and agave syrup and warm gently

  2. Add all your dry ingredients to the pan and mix in well, Spread mixture evenly onto a baking tray and chuck into an oven @ 180C and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown, allow to cool and break up, store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
